The new SOS Children's Village in Jimma became possible, thanks to a large donation from two LEGO foundations, Edith & Godtfredsen- and Kirk Christiansen Foundation. The village in Jimma is not only a safe and loving home for 150 orphans and vulnerable children, it is also a development engine for the whole community through SOS Children's Villages, SOS School for 650 students, SOS medical clinic and family program that belongs to the Children's Village.
